Karma Yoga Retreat
Practice Yoga in the Shala and in Daily Tasks
In this retreat, the goal is to live together in a yogic way. It is not a commercial retreat, but an exchange of stay, food and Yoga teaching for help in our center
Tasks include:
– Working in the organic garden
– Kitchen Help
– Cleaning
– Help with Media (Photography, Filming, Photoshop)
– Taking care of two children
– Building restorations
To some extent, work is guided by what it inspires you to do – the tasks in which you find yourself silently absorbed without any desire beyond what you are really doing is the essence of Karma Yoga.
During your stay you will have accommodation, two prepared meals a day, one yoga class or workshop a day, and a yoga shala at your disposal. Beautiful nature walks start at the door. On some afternoons we will guide excursions to the surrounding mountains or to the coast

Karma Yoga During Formal Retreats
Those who have already completed a retreat with Asturias Yoga are eligible to return as a Karma Yogi during the same yoga retreat or YTT program they have already attended as a full-time participant.
Karma Yoga offers you the opportunity to continue learning and practicing alongside those on retreat, attending practice sessions, workshops and other parts of the program. In exchange for approximately five hours of help per day, six days a week, you will be able to participate in the majority of the retreat program and stay in a large prepared tent or shared room. All meals are included. You will also be welcome to come on some local excursions when we do them (hiking, rock climbing, etc.).
